Product DescriptionTEKNOBOND 955 is a single-component, resin-based, solvent-containing, heat-resistant paint. It helps protect structures exposed to high temperatures. It can be used as a final coating layer for flooring systems in both indoor and outdoor areas.
Areas of Use• Applied on asphalt or concrete surfaces in all types of engineering structures,
• On steel surfaces where heat resistance is required,
• Highways, main roads, and urban roads,
• Airports, hospitals, schools, bridges,
• Residential buildings and shopping centers,
• On urban furniture such as paving stones and curbstones.
Application lnstructionsSurface Quality:
The surface must be sound, clean, and free from all loose particles and substances that may prevent adhesion. The minimum tensile strength of the surface must be 1.5 N/mm².
Surface Preparation:
Applied without primer. Any voids or defects on the concrete or asphalt surface must be repaired prior to application. Irregularities such as lumps or protrusions that impair surface smoothness should be leveled using mechanical methods.
Before use, the paint must be thoroughly mixed. Each coat should be applied at a maximum consumption of 150 g/m². Application is carried out in a single coat. If a second coat is required, a waiting period of at least 1 hour is recommended.
TEKNOBOND 955 cures by air; no additional curing process is required.
