It is a thixotropic repair mortar based on hydraulic lime, designed for historical structures, containing harmless natural minerals and fibers, free of cement.

Surface Quality:
Surfaces must be clean, even, solid, and free of all types of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold release agents, detergents, or any substances and residues that may hinder adhesion. Weak parts on the surface should be removed.
Surface Preparation:
Absorbent surfaces should be pre-wetted, but no standing water should remain.
Mixing:
The amount of water specified in the TDS is measured and poured into a clean mixing bucket. One bag of TEKNOREP 540 Repair Mortar is slowly added into the water and mixed for approximately 4 minutes using a mixer with 400–500 rpm.
The prepared mortar is applied onto the previously moistened surface using a trowel.
For multi-layer applications, the previous layer must be allowed to harden before applying the next. Each layer should be applied in thicknesses of no more than 5 cm. The previous layer must be moistened before applying the next one. In screed or concrete-like applications, 30–35% by weight of clean, washed aggregate (particle size between 5–20 mm) may be added to the fresh mortar.
• In outdoor applications, protect from sun, rain, and frost for the first 3 hours.
• Reaction times vary depending on ambient and surface temperatures.
In warm conditions, reaction time shortens; in cold conditions, it lengthens.
• Use warm mixing water in cold environments.
• Use chilled or iced mixing water in hot environments.
• During application, wear protective clothing, goggles, and a mask in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• After application, protect the surface from direct sunlight, strong wind, high temperatures (above +35°C), rain, and frost.
• Clean hands with water and detergent before the product hardens.
• Immediately after application, clean equipment with water before the material sets. Once hardened, cleaning should be done using mechanical methods.
