HOW TO PREPARE THE SURFACE BEFORE THE APPLICATION OF THE DILATATION TAPE?
Dilatation tape must be applied to the concrete of the table in the field areas. If screed or any coating is applied on the concrete of the table, the dilatation tape should be cut and broken down to the concrete to the extent that it can be applied comfortably. Since the dilatation tape is applied with epoxy based special dilatation tape adhesive, the area to be glued should be smooth, if not with the appropriate cement-based repair mortar or epoxy repair mortar. And the area to be glued should be made absolutely moisture-free and dust-free.

HOW TO APPLY A DILATION TAPE?
Technomer Dilatation Band Should be applied in the form of omega (Ω) inward or outward with Technomer 400 D band adhesive. In places where there is a lot of movement before band application in the horizontal, a polyethylene wick with a diameter of 1 cm greater than the dilatation width should be laid in the dilatation cavity, and in order to both make the sealing more robust and to absorption dilatation mobility, dilatation internal cheeks should be filled with Teknopoliderz 2K bitumen-polyurethane mastic after lining with Teknobond 110 primer.
Dilatation tape application is applied vertically without using polyethylene wick and filler mastic with the same bonding method.
